• The offer is valid from 1 July to 31 August 2017
• The offer is only applicable on international spends
• Customer needs to opt in for the specific rewards option by sending a SMS stating “Option 1” or “Option 2” to 3135 from the customer’s registered mobile number
• Customer will be eligible for Voyager Rewards based on the spend option that the customer has chosen and the amount that the customer has spent
• Spend can be made in multiple transactions as long as the total spend is above AED 3000 (for option 1) or AED 5000 (for option 2) during the promotion period
• The Voyager Rewards will be credited within 45 days from the end of the promotion
• 12400 voyager rewards are inclusive of regular rewards
• 41200 voyager rewards are inclusive of regular rewards
• Offer is valid on all transactions except cash withdrawals and quasi cash transactions
• Offer not valid on value added services such as Loan on Phone or Balance Transfer
• Spend criteria is based over the two months of July and August 2017
• Voyager rewards will be given at a customer level (not on card level)
• Offer is valid only on international spend; customers may be asked for a proof of payment in case the merchant is not a part of the registered list of merchants
• Offer is not valid in conjunction with any other promotion or offers. Customers opting for Voyager rewards cannot avail Easy Payment Plan offer for Duty Free and Travel spends
• Minimum amount of transaction to qualify for Easy Payment Plan (EPP) should be AED 1000
• EPP Offer is valid on all transactions except cash withdrawals and quasi cash transactions
• EPP Offer not valid on value added services such as Loan on Phone or Balance Transfer
• EPP Offer is valid only on purchases at Duty free outlets or travel related merchants; customers may be asked for a proof of payment in case the duty free outlet/airline/hotel/tour operator is not a part of the registered list of merchants.
• 0% EPP should be booked on or before 30th September & if installed for 6 or 9/12 months a processing fee of 2% or 3% will be charged respectively.
