You can activate your credit card and set a PIN – Quick and Easy!
To activate your card simply SMS “ACT”, the last 6 digits of your card number and a 4 digit PIN (Personal Identification Number) of your choice to 3135
i.e. ACT 123456 1290
You can change or reset your PIN whenever you need to.
To change your PIN SMS “RESET”, the last 6 digits of your card number and a new 4 digit PIN of your choice to 3135
i.e. RESET 123456 1290
You can check your card balance on demand.
To check your balance SMS “BAL” and the last 6 digits of your card number to 3135
i.e. BAL 123456
You can check your last 3 transactions and get a quick response detailing the amounts, merchant names and dates.
To check your most recent transactions SMS “LAST3” and the last 6 digits of your card number to 3135
i.e. LAST3 123456

Are the commands case sensitive?
No, they are not. You can send your command as STMT 120934, or stmt 120934 or Stmt 120934 when inquiring about your last statement.
Is the service active 24/7?
Yes, the service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
How much will the service cost?
All messages sent from Najm to you are free of charge. Your mobile service provider will charge standard text message tariffs on messages sent by you.
Can I access this service from any mobile phone?
No, you can only access this service from the mobile number that is linked to your account and registered on our systems

How do I select a PIN?
When selecting a PIN,
- Do not use repetitive numbers (i.e. 0000,1111)
- Use something that is not easily guessed — avoid birthdays and addresses.
- Use different PINS for each account.
- Memorize your PIN. Do not write it on the back of your card or keep it with you.
- Since the PIN is for security purposes, you should not disclose it to anyone.
- Pick a number that means something to you but nothing to anyone else.( i.e. do not use your birthday or sequential numbers like 1234)
